At WakukuUS, we ship all blind boxes and collectible toy orders directly from our Los Angeles warehouse. To ensure a reliable and consistent delivery experience, we currently provide shipping only within the continental United States.


1. Shipping Areas

  • We currently ship only within the U.S. mainland.

  • We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

We offer two simple shipping options, based solely on your order subtotal (after discounts):

Fast Shipping

Order Value: $0 – $69.99
Shipping Fee: $6 USD

Free Shipping

Order Value: $70+
Shipping Fee: $0 USD

No other shipping methods or courier upgrades are available.


3. Carrier Information

Orders are shipped from our Los Angeles warehouse via:

  • GOFO Express

The system automatically assigns the carrier based on order size, destination, and warehouse workflow.


4. Processing Time

  • Standard processing time: 3–5 business days before shipment.

  • Business days exclude weekends and U.S. holidays.

  • Processing may take longer during peak seasons, restocks, or promotional events.

Estimated delivery after shipment: 3–5 business days.

Delivery may be affected by uncontrollable factors such as:
